Lowlands builds its menu around Ontario-grown and made ingredients, sourcing more than 60% of what they use from local farms and producers. Their sourdough pizzas feature organic flour, Ontario cheese and seasonal toppings, alongside sandwiches, shareables and other dishes built for the brewery setting.
