Crowded Table Pizza

Crowded Table is a mobile farm-to-table pizza project rooted in Ontario agriculture, seasonal cooking, and community connection. Founded by Allison Leroux, a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Ontario Agricultural College with a strong background in the restaurant industry, the business bridges culinary craft and food education by using pizza as an accessible way to highlight local ingredients and the farmers who grow them.
Operating year-round across Southern Ontario, Crowded Table partners with regional producers, markets, breweries, and community hubs to design menus built around what is grown, raised, or made nearby. Events often take place directly on farms or at farmers’ markets, allowing customers to meet producers and learn where their food comes from while enjoying a shared meal.
Beyond pop-ups and catering, Crowded Table offers hands-on workshops and educational programming that connect food science, agriculture, and storytelling. The project has been featured nationally and recognized for its contribution to heritage and place-based food culture. Through thoughtful sourcing and collaborative partnerships, Crowded Table demonstrates how local food systems can be celebrated, supported, and made visible around a crowded table.
